Terms and Conditions for Divine Mind Intelligence (DMI Activation Method )

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Divine Mind Intelligence Method, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the DMI Activation Method.

2. Definitions

  • "User" refers to any individual or entity that accesses or uses the DMI Activation Method.
  • "Services" refers to the functionalities and features provided by the DMI Activation Method.

3. User Obligations

  • Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
  • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for all activities under their account.
  • Users agree to use the DMI Activation Method only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

4. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Divine Mind Intelligence grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the DMI Activation Method for your personal or internal business use.

5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the DMI Activation Method, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Divine Mind Intelligence and are protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Data Management and Privacy
Your use of the DMI Activation Method, may involve the collection, storage, and processing of personal data. Please review our Privacy Policy for information about how we collect and use your data.

7. User Content
Users may have the opportunity to submit or upload content ("User Content") to the DMI Activation Method. By submitting User Content, you grant Divine Mind Intelligence a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute such content.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The DMI Activation Method.,is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Divine Mind Intelligence makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the DMI Activation Method operation or the information, content, materials, or products included.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Divine Mind Intelligence shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the DMI Activation Method.

10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Divine Mind Intelligence, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the DMI Blueprint or violation of these Terms.

11. Modifications to Terms
Divine Mind Intelligence reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms in the DMI Activation Method.. Your continued use of the DMI Activation Method after such modifications will constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [UNITED KINGDOM].
