You gather the information. Analyse the options. Weigh the risks. Ask the right people.

But sometimes, you already know.

And sometimes, that knowing has become harder to hear.

I want to understand why.

I’m inviting 100 professional women to take part in a new research study exploring how successful women make decisions, navigate uncertainty and find clarity when there isn’t an obvious answer.

What do you rely on when you can’t simply analyse your way forward?

This isn’t about being “woo-woo.”

For the past 15 years, I’ve worked with professionals through Intuitive Systems, exploring the information we often sense before we can consciously explain it.

Now I’m taking that work in a new direction.

I’m interested in the intersection between intuition, intelligence, perception and decision-making, and what happens when highly capable women reconnect with and learn to trust their own internal signals.
